I should know, I spent a great deal of my childhood helping my dad. He owns a few beehouses and twice a year we have to get the honey and provides the bees with syrup.
When you open a beehouse there is a strong smell: sweet with the honey, warm and woody with the materials it is made of.
I've tried "Miel de Bois" here in Brussels and this is what it reminds me of.
