| I live very close to their brick-and-mortar shop and visit it quite often. The manager and the SAs are very helpful and knowledgeable. As for ordering perfumes on their website, I've heard nothing but good things from people who regularly buy from them. They send samples with purchases and will replace leaking or broken bottles. They're great. :-)
